Signs Your FAAC Welding & Fabrication Is Failing

• Operator runs but the arm bracket moves independently of the gate. The weld between the arm bracket and the gate leaf has cracked. You’ll see a visible gap or rust line forming around the bracket’s toe welds.
• Loud creaking or popping when the gate travels. A weld that’s cracked but not yet separated flexes with every cycle. That sound is the crack opening and closing under load.
